make one. I started by swirling some 12 by 12 scrapbook paper until the top made a point, glued it, then cut off the bottom until level. I have a black plastic plate that I used for the bill of the witch hat then cut a strip of fabric I had. I twirled it around and just merely taped it underneath so it is hidden. A few minutes and I have a cute centerpiece!

Nice! We're on the same decoration budget :) i covered toilet paper rolls in orange fabric for pumpkins and stuck a burlap roll in the hole for a stem. Yay for cheap... I mean... creative decorations!
