Shooting is so therapeutic!

I know the last post was shooting too, but it is what we do a lot of our saturdays. This time we went with Mitch and D Jo Borden, Jason and Sarah Kishpaugh along with a few of her family members, and Clint. We all had a fun time. It was nice to be able to shoot more variety of guns. Last time Jason and I just brought our two handguns, but this time we brought all of them and also tried out other people's guns too. Jason and I both shot Mitch's revolver "the judge". It definitely had a bit of kick to it. I really love how shooting is so therapeutic after a long hard week at work and home. Thank you all for sharing your company with us our shooting!

Shooting with my new gun

One our favorite things to do lately is to go shooting. And since Jason just bought me a gun of my own we had to go. The next post will be on the shooting trip yesterday, but I figured I'd blog about this one first. This time it was just Jason and I. It helped me for us to designate specific targets so I knew how I was doing. I also wanted to show off the teal in my hair : ) I am a person who loves to change it up with my hair. You should have seen Jason's face when I told him I was going to put a teal streak in it. It was a shocked and surprised face, but he likes it. My friend Jodi put a red streak in hers before the Owl City concert so I also thought It would be fun to do for that. But this post is not about my hair lol. Enjoy the pictures!

Owl City Rocks!

First of all, I apologize for all my wording being at the top and none in between pictures like I prefer to do. My Safari browser is putting the pictures in code, so I am unable to differentiate between where one start and ends.

Anyways, I do not know if you have ever heard of Owl City, but they are awesome! We were able to go the concert with our friends Clint and Jodi along with her two brothers. We all had a blast and it was such an amazing concert! It was my first concert experience too! Here are the pictures:

I tried adding a video to this post, but it did not work. It was Hello Seattle, which was the encore song.

Jason's Birthday!

Jason's birthday this year was great! Lots was going on. It was the Saturday on Easter weekend. Conference was that weekend as well. We started the day off by going to his parent for breakfast and watch the first session of conference. Afterwards we headed home. I got to work on some awesome cupcakes for him that looked like hamburgers as shown below. Then later that night we went out to Joe's Real BBQ....sooo good and ten dollars off because it was his birthday! It was a great day. I hope I made it a very special day for him. Here are the pictures:

Easter

I am behind on posting lately, so I decided to try to catch up. For Easter my family all got together at my parents. It is always tons of fun watching the little ones collect eggs.
