Our Soon to be House

This is the front our our soon to be house. Closing date is supposed to be May 22nd although the title company is notoriously slow, so it may be later. It is 1,618 square feet, 3 bedroom 2 bath, has hard wood floors and upgraded storage all around the house! It also has a sealed garage floor! We're both so excited about that! Now we don't need kitty litter around when we change the oil! Oh yeah! The master bathroom has two sinks and a separate large tub and shower! The closet is amazing too: ) And the best part is we get all this for less than we are paying rent where we are now! Now everything just needs to go through. I want to thank you Dad for being the best realtor ever! You are so helpful to us. Were it not for you this would not be possible. I love you daddy!
